I’m trying to figure out where I can catch a NASCAR race on TV. I’m a new fan and I’ve heard that the channels might vary depending on the race and the package that the network has worked out with NASCAR. Could someone help me out by telling me which TV channels generally broadcast these races? I’m looking for both the standard races and possibly any special series events that might be televised. Thanks!

Typically, NASCAR Cup Series races are broadcasted on Fox and NBC, with the first half of the season usually found on Fox channels and the latter half on NBC channels, including their respective sports networks FS1 and NBCSN. For the Xfinity Series and the Camping World Truck Series, these channels also tend to broadcast the races, but occasionally you might find a race on a different network depending on the deal NASCAR has for those series.

For special series events or non-points races, like the All-Star Race or the Clash, check the channels I mentioned or see if anything is available on cable networks like Fox Sports 2 or on streaming services that offer live sports. Have you checked if there are any streaming services that offer the channels airing NASCAR, in case you can’t get them over traditional TV?
